LGBTQIA+ Tools & Resources For Your Business

DE&I is not a tick-box exercise. It is a culture, a vision, and a way. The LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County understands that there is a need in our community to provide accessible resources to our LGBTQIA+ employees and their families.

The goal of the RAINBOW BOX Program is to introduce the mission and vision of the Alliance to local businesses and create an affirming partnership within our community.

• To circulate resources amongst the community for LGBT residents and employees

• To circulate resources amongst the community for Allies

• Exposure of local Equality Alliance events and programming

For a $75 donation, the LGBT Equality Alliance of Chester County will deliver the box to be displayed in your place of business. This box will provide access to potentially life saving resources to your LGBTQIA+ employees or family members.

Included in every RAINBOW BOX:

• Equality Alliance postcards with directions on where to access information on all Equality Alliance local programming and resources

• Equality Alliance 2023 event postcards

• PFLAG materials to support parents of LGBTQIA+ persons

• Trevor Project materials to support LGBTQIA+ youth

• Stickers

• Rainbow Flags

• Rainbow Bracelets
